Why Positivity Doesn’t Mean Being Happy All the Time — Currently, Lately

What does positivity mean to you? Do you believe that a person has to be so “toxically” positive all the time, or do we as humans have to completely accept the negativity in our lives, whether or not were happy about it?

Honestly, I like to think that we find the positive in everything we go through, including all of the negative and down right awful moments. Yes, I don’t always believe we as a HUMAN need to smile through it all, that it is obligatory for you to be happy. We all have bad days, and in those days it is hard to see the positive that comes from a negative event. Given time and allowing the universe to set its plan in motion, we later can see the positives.
